Halliburton Shenanigans

Cheney's old company is at it again. The FBI is investigating the Pentagon for offering no-bid contracts to Halliburton, a big no-no in the defense contracting world. This resulted from a previous inquiry into Halliburton overcharging the military for gasoline in Kuwait and Iraq. Your tax dollars at work ladies and gentlemen. Enjoy!
